Since 1983, PHYSAN has been developing a real knowledge and mastery of yeast treatment technologies. These yeasts are manufactured in our factory, in France, in the heart of the first region for animal husbandry.

PHYSAN, nutritional alternatives

Since 1983, we have been creating and manufacturing dietetic products and nutritional supplements for animals. Due to our knowledge in yeast biotechnologies, we have been developing for several years a new product range through a partnership with research centers. These new products are formulated with ingredients coming from new nutritional technologies.

LACTO PRODUCTION Group

PHYSAN belongs to the LACTO PRODUCTION Group. LACTO PRODUCTION is a french family group specialised in the production of milk replacers for young animals (calves, kids, lambs and piglets) and also in dairy concentrate for feed manufacturers and standardised raw materials.

HISTORY

1983

Year of creation of PHYSAN.

1991

Fusion with LA PROBIOLYSE and its yeast know-how.
PHYSAN becomes PHYSAN LA PROBIOLYSE.

1995

Quality control as a goal, we invest and install our own yeast drying unit.

1999

New target, new range. We design and develop a new line of ruminant products with the veterinary network.

2001

The response to new European standards with the construction of a new production site, already ahead of hygiene requirements.

2010

Elaboration of new specifications that are even more rigorous in our quality approach and the HACCP method with always as objective and priority: the total satisfaction of our customers.

2011

The choice of a new strategy of partnership and development of our activities in France and export with even more means to support our growth.

PHYSAN LA PROBIOLYSE is bought by LACTO PRODUCTION and thus joins the LACTO HOLDING.

2014

PHYSAN LA PROBIOLYSE gets GMP+ B1 certification.

2018

The choice of a new export development strategy with the arrival of an Export Sales Manager (Nicolas Pélier) within the PHYSAN LA PROBIOLYSE team.

New graphical charter : PHYSAN LA PROBIOLYSE asked the talented graphists of l’Imprimerie Du Guesclin & APPALOOSA to modernise the cie logo & graphical charter.

2019

PHYSAN LA PROBIOLYSE now communicates under the name LABORATOIRE PHYSAN LA PROBIOLYSE.

LABORATOIRE PHYSAN LA PROBIOLYSE gets organic certification.

2021

The LABORATOIRE PHYSAN LA PROBIOLYSE team is growing with the arrival of Anne Martinez as Quality Assistant.

2023

LABORATOIRE PHYSAN LA PROBIOLYSE celebrates its 40th anniversary !!!

2024

To support the development of volumes of products manufactured, Florent Lerendu joins the PHYSAN LA PROBIOLYSE team as Production Manager.
